A new company joints Backer Group!

With this acquisition Backer add a new technology to its portfolio, offering a new branch of solutions for chemical and process industry.  Thanks to its chemical resistance to corrosion, it works on environments with strict non contamination standards. On request, it can be supplied with overheat protection system and low level failure protection system.

Those heaters uses high integrity fluoropolymer materials for optimum resistance,non-corrodible heating wire is covered by PTFE and has a continuous design, with no junctions and with high flexibility.

It can be easily installed on tanks thanks to it availability on different shapes, and with different mounting systems such hanging brackets for vertical mounting or standoff for horizontal mounting. It’s offered in a range of standard power levels and features, form 500w to 18kW (single or three phase) and with power densities up to 1W/cm2.  It can also be bespoke
